I saw a CNN special tonight, a wrap up documentary on the war from journalists' perspectives.
They filmed the equivalent of the Iraqi CDC building (Center for Disease Control) after it had been looted. All the vials were stolen or lay broken in the streets, the bio-weapons dispersed everywhere.
Another possible WMD site.
BOTH these locations should have been #1 on the military's list to have secured down first.
So much for planning.
Oversight?
Or ignorance?
Gross criminal negligence?

Our stated mission was to secure and protect us from these two evils.........meanwhile, they have been looted and the contents are running free, for sale by civilians, for use by the radicals.
Not to mention the man and his regime we went in for.

Oh, we liberated the Iraqis alright.
