If I let my dog eat canned dog food, she'd end up weighing six hundred pounds. Feed her "Science Diet" crunchies, which she eats grudgingly when nothing else is available. Good news is I can just keep her bowl filled all day and she doesn't like it enough to overeat.
I will have more to say on "partial" privatization of Social Security when a more precise plan shows up. Too many variables right now. Could end up being some hybrid mixed-economy horror. However, in general, I approve of the long-term goal (decades) of eventually moving American retirement away from the government and back into the private sector.
