Leave out the Native Americans, slavery, firebombing, bombing of civilians in the former Yugoslavia, bombing a third-world antibiotic factory, not participating in the Biochemical and Toxins Convention, nuclear test ban treaty, renouncing the ABM treaty, rejecting UN resolutions on money laundering and limiting the sale of small arms, etc., etc., and the US looks pretty good.

Quite a grocery list, although I don't know if I would include not participating in crappy U.N. treaties and renouncing the ABM treaty in the same category as firebombing Tokyo.
