Only some voters
I must admit there is not enough objective data to say that these are usually Democratic voters, but it is worth noting that whenever a blithering idiot screwed up a vote, lost a vote, or had trouble figuring out which end of the stylus was the sharp one, those people rushing up to "rescue" this person's vote always assumed that they would be salvaging a Democratic vote.
So I didn't say it, they did.
