United Nations
Unfortunately, the United Nations is not composed of countries, but of representatives picked from those countries. Over the years, these representatives have tended toward socialist idealism at best, and corruption at worst, even from nations that are ostensibly democratic. The U.N. and New York City is a GOOD place to be, especially if you're from the Third World.
