You don't have to learn this information from "demonizers," you just have to keep facts in your brain whether they fit your worldview or not. I always knew Libya had gone to war with Egypt and Chad, I just had to look up the dates and the details on the exact Chad territory annexed. Gaddafi's imperialist ambitions for Africa and his "Great Islamic State" were hardly a secret, or something "imposed" on his record by his enemies.
