If she wasn't a proven imbecile on Iraq and the war, she might be credible.
The fact is we have in fact spent billions for infrastructure, food, aid, education, medical care, etc. for years and years.
It is her lack of judgement that I find amazing.
That she was attempting to sound wise and utterly failed is why people noted what she said.
