The planning of the attacks on 9/11/01 started long before Bush ever came into office. He hadn't even been in the office a year when that happened.
Why, why why(?!!!) didn't Clinton get bin Laden when he had a chance. The man already tried to bring down the World Trade Center once- and they knew he was behind it. Ugggggg. It is sad. Clinton had a chance to get a known terrorist that had attacked American, and he failed.
