Lets see, while Clinton was President we had the first attack on the WTC, we had the Khobar Towers attack, The Kenya attack, Tanzania embassy bombings and the USS Cole attack. All done by bin Laden’s Taliban group. The second 9/11 attack was planned and put into motion while Clinton was in office. The terrorist trained as pilots while Clinton was in Office. There is evidence that bin Laden may have been behind the downing of TWA 800, and that Clinton tried to cover it up.
Perhaps Clinton couldn’t have prevent 9/11, even if he had taken bin Laden when he had the chance, but he could have at least tried to do something about these terrorist that reputedly attacked and killed Americans.
