Actually, that was in South Korea.
But, don't forget the cult in Japan that did use homemade nerve gas in their subway system several years ago. They managed to kill quite a few people and sicken many more.
Terrorism can take many forms, ranging from an individual like the guy who shot up the El Al terminal at LAX to the 9-11 attackers who killed 3,000 people. We could have hundreds of small attacks like Israel has been enduring for years or some more big ones. We need to be concerned about the whole range of possibilities and take appropriate actions across the spectrum.
