You're not naive enough to think that America is good are you?

How can it be good with all thes self-hating, hate filled liberals living in it?

Believe it or not there are textbooks in schools these days which take an entirely ethnocentric view of the history of the US. All whites are just bastards who oppressed every race under the sun.

America is the big bad country.

My old California elementary school has purchased such textbooks for their classes.

I was flabbergasted. No other country besides ours allows such a self-deprecating and patently false and distorted curriculum to be distributed in schools.

A coincidence that many of these new teachers promoting this revisionist history are of other ethnicity than white? No, no coincidence.

If you are 25 or younger - there is a very good chance you have received a 'rip off' US education, with substandard teachers and inferior textbooks and lessons conceived by folks with the most primal inferiority complexes. You are likely to have celebrated "earth day" yet not know what layers of earth emanate from its core. You will likely have spent several days discussing Martin Luther King and not have been told who Martin Luther was. You will be taught to conserve yet to abhor conservatives. You will have been taught to view the business world with suspicion by folks who have never had to work sixty hour work weeks. Your teachers will have cared if you are absent only because their school lost money when your seat was empty. Now they will schedule their teacher days with early dismissals so that they can still collect the cash even if you are only there to listen to rollcall and sit around for half an hour before you go home.

That's the US education scene today.

So how can America be good?
