Last night I took it all the way out of my computer. Tonight when I got home I decided to plug it back in and see what happened. Not totally unexpectedly it was working like a champ again. the fan was turning too. So I rehooked everything and started her up. I saw the boot screen, but about the point windows was supposed to come on, the monitor lost the signal. I hit reset and watched it happen again (no signal after initial boot). I hit the power switch, and checked my connections. Then I hit poer and...nothing. Dead as a doornail again. It can't have gotten too hot, it was only running for 2 minutes tops.

so I gave up, and went to my favorite online computer store compgeeks.comI ordered a brand new 300watt. the old one was a 250 watt, maybe I should have bought a 400 watt. Time will tell.
