While provoking Steel's response was another fine bit of investigative journalism on my part, one which provided Conference participants with excellent first hand knowledge as to the then current state of the deliberations on the UK NEA telescope proposal, you've failed to mention the followups - thus once again trying to mislead folks, in your usual manner -
