My biggest complaint is the lack of any other companies providing human space transportation. Thus, if I want to continue working on crewed spacecraft, my fate is tied to NASA - a less than optimal situation.
As for working in orbit, my wife is already pissed at my working second shift. If I'm going to work in orbit, I'd better be home for supper!.
I think it's important for me to add here that I support ISS operation, not because it bolsters my employment (I actually think STS would continue to operate without ISS), but because I believe that good things will come from it. Time will tell.
