You seem to be think the solution is to develop scramjet technology and build launcher which uses this technology.
let me stop you right there. Thats a connection YOU made, not me. I could care less how they do it as long it it means CATS.
scramjet is just something I woudl like to see.
Furthermore I think you pessimistic view of the government developing CATS is heavily influenced by NASAs poor performance as of yet. I suggest we wait until its administration is overhauled and then give it a chance.
