And, the Pluto and Europa missions are dear to my heart. Having said that, I do believe that CATS will solve a multitude of problems and we might wind up doing some things sooner than we think if they develop a RLV.
There is no doubt that this war is costing us in many ways and the space program is going to be affected. I blame the terrorists for the problems. The space budget would have suffered under any administration
