I could throw out dozens of obscure space acronyms at you and I doubt you'd get 10% of them. Why should you expect Bush to know the meaning of CATS unless it was covering in a NASA briefing?
Some people seem to believe that a president has to be some sort of all seeing, all knowing wise man. Clinton and his sycophants tried to make him appear as one. The rest of us know that presidents are merely successful politicians, with all of the positive and negative connotations implied therein.
