The history of private CATS space development is littered with failures. And the overwhelming reason is insufficient funds. I rescind my technical risk point to the effect that, yes the real risk may not be that high but investors will PERCEIVE the risk as high, too high.
URLs to efforts are fine but webhosting is relatively cheap. What's the commited funding status of these efforts? Not an encouraging picture.
