How would you get the cycler back into LEO? Aerobraking or powered deceleration? I ask because that would be my next step - a shuttle derived Trans-lunar vehicle (SD-TLV), using aerobraking. At first it would return the ascent stage I mentioned to LEO for refurb - saving the costly avionics and life support, while disposing of the descent stage. I think reusing the descent stage will happen when fuel production begins on the moon so that cryogenics can be used.
