Larry,
I fully support your comments on hypergolics. Too many people propose grandiose plans including massive infrastructure without explaining how you get there. That is why your comments caught my attention. They are some of the most factually grounded that I have seen. So even if some of what I post looks a little loose around the edges, hopefully I am educable.
My belief is that you can get to a system that is sustainable using one STS-C, one Orbiter and one Proton launch per mission and get four people on the Moon.
