More like the oncologists. Besides, even if all of the 70 some kilos of plutonium were aresolized over Florida, It's not an ecological disaster, certainly a human disaster. It may've spawned some interesting bacterial communities though.
If I remember correctly, (and like you say above) Kaku was concerned
about the saftey aspects of the Titan-4A. From what I understand
he's not an anti-nuclear banner waver, just a physicist looking at the numbers. Please correct me if i'm wrong....
