March 11, the comet is coming around the Sun, about midway between the orbits of Venus and Mercury, above the ecliptic and coming almost directly toward the Earth. The dust tail would be in front of it, but, because of the angle, severely foreshortened.
We should get a better view of it in May. Until then, it’ll be pretty much an early evening sighting that falls to quickly below the horizon.
