For Russian health officials thinking, I rely up on the reports of Yuri Karrash, who reported this out back in the early 1990's. You need to remember that unlike the US, where manned Mars flight was a dream, in the former Soviet Union it was a quite real program, and this problem was examined operationally at that time.
I can understand how painful it is for you to have reality is interfere with your fantasies... but things are as they are, whatever your hopes or dreams.
