That translates to $100 billion in todays dollars at the rate these things run over budget.
As I recall, ISS was supposed to be something around $9 billion when the US committed to it, and is on track to go to close to $100 billion.
The Shuttle is a similar story, along with a similarly over-budget per-flight cost.
