You Mean MLLV?

The Shuttle, Soyuz, and the Proton are the closest thing to HLLV currently and they are a distant second to the Saturn 5 and Energia. The boosters you mention are not even close. Maybe you have a different definition, but HLLV's are not in commercial us by my definition unless I've mixed up units somewhere.

How you think we can do a Moon mission with commercially available launchers is beyond me. If you think Grondine know's what he's talking about I've got some swampland and internet companies for sale.
