Given your frequent spouting of false facts (like only 2 NEO's less than 1 km have been detected when in fact hundreds have) please provide a real source to back up your 6 months warning time claim. It is not a claim I have heard before even from you and therefore has no bearing on previously stated opinions. Of course such details matter not in your debate style.
6 months early warning means squat as well. No true impact expert claims we can even develop the capability to deal with even a 1 km object in that time frame. You have claimed otherwise many times, but have given no sources to back you up. The goal is to get decades of warning for impending collisions in order to give us adequate preparation time. One of the many impact facts you have trouble grasping.
For more details on this frequent error of yours please review Duncan Steel's comments on your misrepresentations at

Your technological superiority claims are ludicrous. There is no way it takes less power for a lunar scope especially given the requirements to build a base. It takes no more computational power to calculate NEO orbits from orbit than from the Moon. Its not likely to take much more operationally either at least from a software development stance. The Moon blocking half your view is a rather significant optical barriar as well.
