What did they do back when they were mining for gold in the Yukon...Or exploring the polar regions, or climbing mount everest.

I think a more legitimate question would be how are they going to survive without golf?

P.S. What is your proposal for overcoming this problem at your Lunar observatory? Surley you don't expect to send only married pairs who also just happen to be qualified astronomers? Maybe only gay astronomers need to apply. Is that your true agenda?
