EP, what do you think cosmonauts and astronauts do during 6 month stays on ISS?
I've talked to astronaut candidates about this subject (doesn't seem like something I would talk with people like Buzz Aldrin or John Young about...).
Sex is a non issue unless you think sexual deviates is probable and going to cause problems for the rest of the crew.
There are plenty of other interpersonal relationships to explore and that is in part why Mars Society does dress up in canvas make believe spacesuits and plays Mars man and woman at MDRS and FMARS.
