Anyone crazy enough to marry a person who's job consists of riding rockets into space has possibly thought about the probable sexual activities the spacefarer might do while away from "home" and has long ago excepted it as part of the healthy sexual person they married.

I honestly don't see "sexual deprivation" even existing during manned flight to Mars.

There are plenty of real problems with interpersonal relationships that will be dangerous on a mission without making up silly new ones. There are several good papers on the psychology of spaceflight that maybe you should read. (When I get some time I will see if there online and will post the URLs.)
