yeah, insanity is when none of it ever sinks in... and it never, never does

if you were a skilled engineer, or skilled in space architectures, then your opinion might amount to more than words... but neither case applies...

if you have some incredible revelation about operational and development costs for Moon based versus L1 based resources for dealing with the impact hazard, then send it to Dr. Peiser. He'll run it.

otherwise, it's simply a case of another efing Mars nut jumping and shouting...
