This is an evolutionary principle in which only those species who attain the ability to fly aircraft at high altitude are able to reproduce and spread accross interstellar and even cosmic distances.
I know this to be true. Art bell wanted me on his radio show but I refused to go for fear that someone might hear me and then take action to disturb this natural process.
