Yes, I see the military got quite an early start on this spraying project from the WWII pic. They've had a long time to study this type of aerosol delivery method. With the very quick dismissal of this strange and NEW phenomenon I would surmise there is indeed something sinister going on. Current Mode: (Secrets = Good; Public knowledge and openness = Bad)

Lots of sites having the same interest.
