The fact that over a quarter of the population receives Social Security payments compared to only about ten percent just 35 years ago, is very disturbing. As Jerry Pournelle has put it, "the world is divided into tax consumers and tax payers." The number of tax consumers increases each year, with the enthusiastic encouragement of the liberals in government, who gain more power with each new parasite.

In our nation, tax consumers have the same vote as taxpayers.

You can see the only direction this can go.

The fact that you cannot have a nation comprised entirely of tax consumers is lost on the liberals, who gave up objectivity and logic many years ago. The abject failure of every nation that was organized in this way is also lost on them.

The education system, run by the liberals, turns out ignorant illiterates, who will, of course, vote for the liberals.

Frankly, I have no good ideas on how to get out of this mess. My ancestors fled such idiocy to come here. Where am I supposed to go? Mars ain't the kind of place to raise your kids...
