The first draft in US history was the Civil War

All of the wars fought before that used nothing but volunteers. This included the Revolutionary War, the War of 1812, and the Mexican-American War.

The draft ended with the Civil War. The next draft was for WWI, so the Indian Wars and Spanish-American war were also fought by volunteers, as was the Philippine Insurrection.

After WWI, there was no draft until 1940 when the first peacetime draft in US history was enacted. All of the personnel who fought in actions in places like Haiti and China between the wars were volunteers.

The draft pretty well lapsed after WWII until the Korean War broke out in 1950. That draft was continued to a lessor extent until the All Volunteer Military came into being in 1973.

Since then, we've had small actions in Lebanon, Grenada, Panama, Haiti, Bosnia, and Serbia and larger operations in the Gulf War and Afghanistan. All of those were fought with volunteers.
