Everybody in the world has a legitimate grievance against someone else. I've yet to have gone to the mall and blown myself up during the Christmas rush.
Extremists are everywhere, and they bring pain to people they have never before met. Pain, sorry, anger, and a desire for retaliation. These people need to be done away with, or the murders will continue.
