"Tax from the rich and give to the corrupt"

Global taxes on the wealthy nations is a recurring fantasy of the third world and the socialist dogma of redistributing wealth.

Make your own wealth!

It's not that tough.

Build schools.
Keep kids in schools.
Get quality teachers.
Encourage corporate growth.
Create a capitalistic market environment.
Exploit your natural resources.
(Yes I said EXPLOIT! Not destroy!)
Abolish illiteracy.
Create desirable products.
Create jobs.
Create a broader tax base for improvement
Encourage competition.
Do not elect socialist/corrupt leadership
Learn from the fall of communism/socialism
Make your country a paradise - not a den of inequity.

If your nation is drowning in people - give a financial incentive to keep birth rates low. (i.e lower taxes on families with less than three kids)

What's so hard here? The US has already done the hard work - created technology which can interconnect a nation's population, promote commerce and wealth building, and opened up the world marketplace.

It's really quite simple.
