Ah, the Germans are now so nationalistic they don't deploy anywhere without the weight of the UN and the west pressing heavily upon them.

The logical answer is the French. The French also have an enormous debt to pay - and particularly to folks of Muslim faith.

Perhaps an ideal force would be French and Germans...

But good luck...German self-interest is only equalled by the French disdain for the rest of the world. ;-)
