If Sharon countinues, I don't think that Iran and Saudi Arabia will be able to resist popular internal pressures to at least try to put an embargo, including secondary embargo, in place.

This may not go on a country basis, but on a copany basis. Oil prices could be lower in Europe or Japan. However effective the embargo would be, one certain consequence would be a certain amount of chaos in the markets. Try a DOW of 6,000.

I agree with Bush Jr about ANWR, always have, and have been urging this for a long long time. I also agree with Boehlert about the need to get some mileage improvements in "sport utility vehicles" (suburban battle wagons) and holding Detroit's feet to the fire on this.
