I'm betting he lives in the rural Davenport, IA - Rock Island, IL area. Has freinds/Family in Nebraska (or he used to live there) and he has bought into the pro-union, anti-capitalistic crap that is spread by the United Auto Workers and/or United Food Workers Unions which at one time dominated the Quad City area economy but are slowely being sqeezed out of existence. The fact that he also attacks the government is either a ruse, or it is because he has had a run in with the INS. (He could be from south of the border.) The fact that he has made his way toward Texas in the most recent bombing could indicate that this is his swan song before returning to Mexico.

In summary, "Scott the Profiler" says that he is a moderatly intellegent Immigrent who's Green Card just ran out and could not be renewed so he lost his low skill, low paying job at IBP in Joslin, IL. (Just a guess, but isn't speculation fun)
