I happen to know it was unconstitutional to tell the Floridians to stop counting, and later say there is no time to count. I know Bush was appointed by Scalia. (It's not true the voice on the answering machine at Scalia's home is that of Clarence Thomas - "Hello, we aren't at home right now.")
And, Bush is President.
I think the definitive interpretation of the 2nd amendment re guns was made in 1939.
It could be re-decided, and for now, just as the little monkey is the Little Monkey, "well regulated militia" are words in the dictionary with a meaning.
