The only reason "some" of the JCOS are whining is because they are antiquated whiners whose primary job is to ensure congressional funding of their pork
projects.
That and the fact that the plans for Saddam show just how much can be accomplished by a high-tech, lean national security force not led or answerable to - the JCOS.
If I was being made obsolete and anachronistic - I would be whining too.
Besides, Rumsfeld is not as weak-willed as many in the previous administration have been and when he takes off his glasses and starts shouting - "some" of these guys can't handle it.

What IS scary is how quickly the media and the DNC have orchestrated their divide and conquer techniques against the executive branch - at the risk of their own lives.
