Options.
If they can't sift, sort and analyze the relevant data they need to:
1 - Stop collecting it.
2 - Quit and let someone who can do the job have the job.
3 - Try to avoid an investgation. If they can't, then
4 - Dump it "en masse" on the committee whining that there is so much of it in so many languages it's hard. So very hard. See the problem?
5 - Hope the committees don't remember that people are hired to solve problems.
Simple choices if you are a bureaucrat. Which do you see happening?
