I agree on this:
We need Congress to take a high-level view of reorganization on this.
I would ultimately like something that looks like a blue ribbon panel to do make reccomendations and explanations.
The news of today from Congress is very good: the joint committee is looking back 16 years to follow the threads of this debacle correctly.
That is the responsible approach that Daschle and McKinney were avoiding.
We will fix this: all of us together.
