All those corporations who suddenly became instant criminals when Bush became President:

The Left is all over this like white on rice. Their goal: heavy Federal regulation of corporations. The Left has a little list of things it would like to see eventually, most of them primarily concerned with making sure no one in a corporation can make more than about five times what the janitor makes. Stuff like stock option controls, "maximum wages," and other things are going to be floated in the wake of new accounting rules.

The Democrats are not that interested in the Leftist egalitarianism--hey, most of them are rich--but would to a man give their right arms to be sure that the stock market is still in the toilet in November, so are encouraging this.
