Paraguay,eh? Not surprising. I've heard the historical and recent convergence of right-wing political and business interests there described as a "fascist hootenanny".

I used to work with a young Mormon fellow who did his missionary service in the country next door, Uruguay, a prosperous and progressive place by comparison. He certainly talked about it that way.
