Good to see you posting. Yes, things are contentious now. The divisive rhetoric is at an all time high.

Bush IS going to be sending folks into Iraq. Those folks are either going to be supported or treated like Viet Nam vets.

Much of the world is trying to turn Iraq into Viet Nam.

Saddam is working for death and destruction with anthrax and nerve agent spraying craft, an underground nuclear program awaiting a production line of bombs to deliver to US addresses.

Much of the world is applauding when the US gets hit. Much of the world couldn't care less if NY, LA or DC disappear tomorrow in a bright flash of light.

No tears will be shed by the German Chancellor. Annan's Nobel prize wont protect us. Neither will Carter's rhetoric of appeasement.

Everyone wants justification. They want to know exactly what we know of Iraq's capabilities.

Well...newsflash!

Revealing some of this stuff will make Saddam change the locations and defensive artillery positions and cost the US lives to take it out. If we say he has nerve agents HERE and a Breeder reactor HERE and a nuclear weapon being assembled HERE - how long do you think those things will remain in those locations?

Blair isn't standing beside us based on no evidence. He is suffering the blasts from within his nation and even his party - because he KNOWS time is of the essence.

Carter means well - but he is now just a unknowing pawn of Saddam and those who would see America destroyed. If it means his efforts will cost US lives in the future then he is aiding and abetting our sworn enemy who promises we will all be stuffed into body bags.

This is MUCH more serious than Viet Nam - much more! Yet some folks still live in 1978.
