The Republicans had nothing to do with the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
Bush did do a stimulus in 2008, costing about a sixth of what Obama's did. It involved a one-time tax rebate to the middle class, and a few other things. It did not involve billions of dollars funneled to political allies. The Bush stimulus was a stupid idea. I said so at the time, and to my complete lack of surprise, it didn't work.
As for the rest of your post, there's an awful lot of hatred dripping out there.
By the way, given your various reponses here over time, you are not a well-calibrated source for declaring where someone stands on the political spectrum. Throw the GPS overboard. Try the sextant.
