It'll be a sad state when a fringe group of blacks not descended from slaves demands a piece of the action. After all, a democracy is supposed to be fair, and it's not their fault their ancestors weren't lucky enough to have been cut out as a part of the triangle-trade goods.
You know they're out there... All they need to do is get the demands worded right.
