It's called the mirror principle...that which emotionalizes one is in oneself. Those who scream loudest about racism - are usually the most racist.
Seems illogical at first glance but when one sees someone who is single-track minded, they are usually off-balance on that issue for a reason. They hate whites with as great, or greater, a ferocity as they accuse others of hating blacks.
They need to look in a mirror as they discuss racism.
