if japan got nuked by North Korea
I am confident that Japan could purchase a few nuclear weapons within a few hours of the attack and then respond accordingly.
Or they probably have the plans and even some of the parts already lined up in some black program somewhere which would enable them to make an in-kind response within a few weeks.
With this in mind, even North Korea is not stupid enough to attack Japan.
But is Sadam Hussain stupid enough to attack Isreal with nuclear weapons?
Therefore, we have clearly established that Iraq is no North Korea.
